CANCELLATION & REFUND
Donations Are Voluntary and Non-Refundable
All donations made to Deshabhakti Foundation are voluntary, and once processed, they are non-refundable. This includes donations made:
Online via our website
Through bank transfers, UPI, or offline modes
As part of specific projects like Ashwamedha Yaga or Saasak Shram
No Cancellation Policy
As donations are considered gifts made voluntarily to support our social and spiritual causes, cancellations are not permitted once a donation has been processed.
Duplicate Transactions
If you believe that a duplicate donation was made by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and, if verified, process a refund for the duplicate amount.
Mistaken Entries
If you have entered incorrect details (e.g., wrong amount or payment method), please contact us immediately. We will try our best to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee refunds once a transaction has been processed.
Token of Appreciation
Donors who receive plants or other non-commercial gifts (like mementos under the Ashwamedha Yaga project) understand that these are symbolic in nature and not tied to a commercial sale. No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with such tokens.
